Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and ready to be shipped within 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
If you order an item on "Pre-Order" status, we will continue updating you weekly with the progress of your package. Please expect regular emails with when you can expect your package to be dispatched by our team!
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please bear in mind that as we progress through the tough times of COVID-19, some delays may occur due to understaffing in the manufacturing facility and understaffing related to the shipping couriers, based on your country.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Kasudo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will do our best to mediate these issues and not surprise you with any unnecessary added costs.
Damages
Kasudo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment courier to file a claim. Once a claim has been made, please contact us and refer to the Refund Policy for more instructions.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
