Yes, we deliver worldwide!

Domestic (Within Australia) - Domestic shipping takes 1-3 business days on average

International (Everywhere else) - On average, international orders arrive within 7-12 days. Please view our shipping page for exact delivery times to your country.

International Express shipping is free on ALL orders over $100. Express shipping on orders under $100 costs $10 to Australia, $20 to New Zealand, and $25 to all other countries.

We dispatch all order within 48 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends).

We allow a 24-hour cooling off period, where you can change the colour or model at no extra cost.

No, unfortunately not. We offer a door-to-door shipping service. Please contact us directly if you cannot have your item shipped directly to your door.

All Kasudo products are shipped from our head office in Gold Coast, Australia.

All Kasudo products come with a lifetime manufacturer warranty.

Your warranty covers any and all manufacturing defects. If anything breaks or arrives damaged (that was not caused by you), please contact us directly for warranty claims.

Currently, Kasudo does not offer customisation on any products available. Stay tuned as customisation services will be available soon!

Absolutely! You don’t have to remove your Kasudo case to charge your Apple Watch.

All Kasudo watch cases are made of the highest grade 316L Stainless steel, with an extremely durable plating of gold, rose gold, silver, or zinc (depending on the colour).

We use high quality genuine leather for all leather bands & accessories. You can use normal leather caring products to clean and maintain the leather. Keep in mind that alcohol and chemicals will destroy the leather.

All Kasudo products are made using a proprietary design, and it is very unlikely that you’ll be able to use the straps on your non-Kasudo case.
